Abstract：ObjectiveTexplorethefetofcomfortursingombinedwitpsycologicalursingoncomplianceandqualtoflifeofdult varicellpatintsMetdsotalofultvrelatitsditdtTancodople'sosialfroJuate 2023wereseletedsteseachoectsAodingtoteandomumberableethodallpatientserediviedintootrolgoupndstudy group，with6Oatientsieachgoup.econtrolgoupasivenoutieusgndthedygopasivencomfortursingobedith pscolgical indexes（sae， complancelaiall between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33% ，and the incidence of complications in the control group was 20.00% ，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P<0.05） .The disappearance time of high fever，rash，itching， sorethroat，erpabospialzotieinudyouetaoseinhtolgou（OO）Aeusigtal statusscores（oeoreofthudygrouereloweranthooftotrolgoupndealityfifeosialfuctio physicalrole，sicalinalityocialuctionmotioalolentalealth）werehgherthntoseftotrolou P<0.05 ）.Thetotal compliance rate of the study group was 98.33 % ，and the total compliance rate of the control group was 78.33 % ，the difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant P<0.05） .ConclusionTheimplementationofcomfortablenursingcombinedwithpsychologicalnursingforadultvaricellapatients canimproveteiromplianceandalityoflifeeduceteiskofomplcatiosdjustteirdverseentalatendpromoteaidcoey ofpatients.

水痘（varicella）是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染所引起的皮肤疾病，在儿童中较为常见，临床表现为头部及躯干部出现典型的水泡皮疹，多以嗜睡为特点，伴有低热、头痛、喉咙痛、咳嗽、咳痰，并有明显胸闷、恶心、呕吐等前驱症状，具有较强的传染性。（剩余7324字）
