Effect of Endoscopic Mucosal Resection and Cold Snare Polypectomy on Postoperative RecurrenceRateand Complicationsof Polyp of Colon

Abstract：OjetiveTstudteftofedosopicucoaleetiodcoldsrepolypetotcueateadplatsf polypfolonMetodsArndoedotroledtralasoductedivolving4patintsitholoicolstreatedaourositale March202ndarcPticipaseelatedtireotrolou（24）dyou（2）usingandobtable Thecontrolgodentdosocucosalsetioileesudyoevedoldareetoyelicalical indexes，ostopticeatepatioteoAdatoctoeveseede groups.Results The study group showed a slightly higher overall treatment efficacy（ ∴10% ） compared to the control group（ 95.04% ），butthe difference was not statistically significant （ P> 0.05）.However，the study groupexhibited significantly beter outcomes in intraoperative blood loss，polyp resectiontime，procedureduration，gastrointestinalfunctionrecoverytime，andhospitalstaycomparedtothecontrolgroup（ P<0.05 ）.During the 6- month follw-up，the recurrence rate in the study group was 3.32% ，compared to 5.79 % in the control group，with no statistically significant difference （ P>0.05 ）.The incidence of complications was notably lower in the study group （4.98 % ）thanin thecontrol group （15.70 % ） P< （0.05）.TheVASscores of the study group at1d and 3d after operation were lower than those of the control group（ P<0.05） .Afteroperation，the levels of C-reactiveprotein （CRP）anditein6）netoousregetosefoeeatioutosiuyoleratrol group（ P< 0.05）.ConclusionEndospicucsalesectioandcoldsareplectocanchieegodcliicaleacyintetreamentoflof colonbuo significant application advantages.
