Abstract:ObjectiveTexplortefectfulrasoicdugpenetrationcombedwitudesodetreatmetontepatogenlearaned expectorationrelieftimeinchildrenwithmycoplasmalpneumoniaepneumoniaMethodsFromMayO24toMay25,12Ochildrenwith mycoplasmapeumoepeoiaadmiedtoXuzouningouGeneralHspitalweredivideditotroloupOcdnndeatio group(6Ochen)aodigtoeadumbertableetod.Theotrolgoupastreatedihudesodeozationdeatio groupwastreatedisocgoucissisoflalodpeaueyn remisiontigaleaaeoaeetotossoie),telsuc 4+ T lymphocyte percentage, CD8 + T lymphocyte percentage and CD4+/CD8 + ratio),inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein (CRP),procalcitonin (PCT), tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF-α),interleukin6(L6)beforeandaftertreatmentandtheoccuenceofdversereactionswerecomparedbetwenthe twogroupsResultsodmpueoeyigelitigaleapacietoaives expectorationelief teieeatiooperesrtertantoeineotrolgroup(OO5).Aftertreamnt,tepretafCD 4+ T lymphocytesand CD4+/CD8 + in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the percentage of CD8 + T lymphocyteswas lower than that in the control group ( P< 0.05).Compared with the control group,thelevelsof C-reactiveprotein,procalcitonin,tumor necrosisfactor αα (204号 and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower after treatment( P<0.05) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion Thecombination of ultrasonic drug penetrationand budesonide inthe treatment of mycoplasmapoeeoaincrenisetive,srtenteaogearaetidexpeoratioeleftieingte imupieotde KeyWords:Mycoplasmapneumoniaepneumoniainchildren;Ultrasonicdrugpenetration;Budesonide;Immunefunction
