Abstract：Watervuerabilityisanimporantmeasueoftecaingcapacityofgion’sateresouesuderthiuencefevio mental，socialndgoveane（EG）concets.oductigatesoucsalituationndeteEGocptaloforoe comprehensiveidentifatioandsposetossandhallngsintwatersourcssstandprootesthsustaiableutlatifwaterresources.Basedontheabove，thispaperestablishedtheaterresourcesVulnerabilityevaluationindexsystemundertheESGcocept， andproposedtetersouserabilitassfatiocitasdoeESGonceptIdiiondertorpoahe certaintyxistinginthewaterresoucesvulnerabilityevaluationunderteESGconcept，awaterresoucesVulnerabilityevaluatioetod basedontheIFS-TOPSIScoupligmethodwasconstructedandappliedtotewaterresoucesvulnerabilityevaluationinHebeiProvince.The resultsshowthat：InHebeiProvince，tewateresouesvunerabilityvelofitisinteortheegionisgerallowranthaofcit iesnthesoutheegionIesofthenviroentaldimension，ZhangiakoundHandanpefobeter；Regardingthocialdie sion，thedifereceswetepefecureeliieotovious；Asfortegoveaneimesioostfteprefectueeeliis performbeter.InaditionteompaisonresultsofultipleevauationmetodssowtateISOPScoupligmetodisoable for the evaluation of water resources vulnerability in Hebei Province under the ESG concept.
