Abstract:Therearemanycomplexrelationshipsamongwaterresources,waterenvironment,waterecologyandwaterdisaster“four-water" systeminabasi.Analyzingthelevelofintealcoevolutionoftefour-watersstemanprovidetoreticalbsisftialaloationof waterresourcs,rotetioofwaterolgicalvirotdateisasterprevetioightpreeure-velitisinhition of theYellowRiverBsinfro2O13to22weresetedassearchreas,ndfrequencystatistcs,expertconsultation,pricipalopo nentanalysisandoermethodsreusedtootiietefou-watersstemndicators,andecoespondingindexsemwasostructed. Theentropyweightmethodisusedtocalculatetheweightsofeachindexofthefour-watersystem,andtheHakenmodelwasestablishedto analyzetheorderparametersandcordinationleveloftecooperativesstem.Thsultssowtat:a)Tecomprehensivevalueofeater environmentsubsystemishigherthanthatofteotherthresubsystemswithshowingarelativelyrapidupwardtrend,andtedevelopentof thewaterenviroentsubssistetntatofteotrthsubstes;b)eaterenviroesubssteisthoderaaeterof thefour-watersystem,andthesyergyscoresofallprefecturelevelcitiesshoanupwardtrend,amongichYulin,Weinan,Xiaagad Xi'angrowfastertanteoterfourprefecuelevelities,utaremuchlowerthanteoterfouprefecture-levelcitiesin22(Wenaniste exception,heoeastoorean5i22);)uaodiustraltdevn shouldbeoptimizedrespectivelytoimprovetheleveloffour-watersystemco-evolutioninShanxisectionofteYelowRiverBasin.
