Abstract:Toprovideadecision-makingbasisandreferenceforthegreenandlow-carbondevelopmentoftheYellowRiverBasinandtheimplementationofte“dualcarbn”srategy,tissdydoptdthesuper-efcenySBodeltomeasuretecabonmissoefciencof 50citisintheYelowRiverBasifrom2013to2O21.TheMalmquist index modelwasusedtoconductastaticanddynamiccomprehensive evaluationofcabonemissionefciencThespatialutooelationofuanarbnessonefceysaadbycallatigthe ran’sIandplotingtheMoranscaterplot,andaspatialDurbinmodelwasconstructedtoexploreteinfluencingfactorsofurbanarbon emisioneffciencyTeresultsowthat:a)TeubancarbonemissonefciencyintheYellowRiverBasinisgenerallylow.Alhoughit showedanoverallupwardtrendduringthestudyperod,thelongfoeddevelopmentmodelrelyingoighcarbonenergyisdifcultto changeompleelyinorttcstrtsteubstatialiproveetofabeioiey.)eaeiiatife ences incarbonemissioneiciencyamongiisintheYelowRiverBasiApproximatelyaquarteoftecitiesareinnectivestateof carbonemisson,iloscitiseiniefeiesate,hoingsatialharcterisofghgomeatoandlowlo eration.c)Economicdevelopmentandtcholgicaliovationhaveasignficantroleinpromotinganddrivingtheimprovementofubanca bonemisionefciencyintheYelowRiverBasin,foreigntradeandgovermmentinterventionhaveacertainpromotingfect,urbanzation andindustrialtructurehaveaceainngativeimpactontheimproementofuanbonissioefencySugestiosDevlodutilizenewenergysouces,optiizetheindustrialstructure,strengthensientificandtechologicalinovationandthetransforatioand applicationofitsachievements,implementtargetedpiciesinlightoflocalconditions,andbuildewgrenandlow-carboncities.
