Development Suggestions on the High-Quality Development of the Selenium-Enriched Rapeseed Industry in Enshi City

Abstract： Rapeseed is a crop with high selenium accumulation capacity. With the continuous improvement of high-qualitydouble-low and high-oil rapeseed varieties，selenium-enriched rapeseed oiland selenium-enriched rapeseed shots have become high-end edible oilsand vegetables.Enshi city has been included in the national advantageous industrial belt of double-low rapeseed in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the protection zone of double-low high-quality rapeseed in Hubei province.This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the selenium-enriched rapeseed industry in Enshi city.Focusing on industrial layout， policy support and main body cultivation，the paper proposed a distinctive development path for the mountainous selenium-enriched rapeseed industry from theperspectives oformamental，vegetableandoilseedutilizationof rapeseed，providing theoretical reference forpromoting thequalityand efciency improvement of the selenium-enriched rapeseed industry in the whole area of Enshi city.

恩施市位于湖北省西南部，被列入国家长江中上游双低油菜优势产业带、湖北省双低优质油菜保护区，属中亚热带季风型山地湿润性气候，海拔垂直分布，夏无酷暑，冬无严寒，加上富硒碳质页岩带的广泛分布Ⅲ，成为富硒油菜种植的天然宝库。（剩余6869字）
