Abstract：Weihai is designated as a national advantageous apple production area. Itsunique geographical location and favorable environmental conditions have fostered the distinctivequalitiesof Weihai apples，such as large size，vibrantcolor，thin skin，abundant juice，and acrisp，refreshing taste.The apple industry serves as a traditional strength and pillarfor agricultural development and income growth in Weihai，accounting for over half of the total planting industry output value.In recent years，Weihai city has achievedremarkableresults by advancing modern apple cultivation system reforms，strengthening technological support，extending the industrial chain，and emphasizing premium quality for premium prices.Thisarticle analyzed the key approaches and challenges in the development of Weihai's modern apple industry and proposed development strategies， aiming to provide references for the high-quality development of the apple industry.
