Effects of Different Fertilizer Ratios on the Quality ofGreenhouse Brassicarapa and Soil Fertility

Abstract: To investigate the effects of diffrent fertilizationregimeson Brassca campestris and soil fertility,a field experiment was conducted using pakchoi as the test material. Seven fertilization treatments were set up, including water leaching disinfection,urea application,compound microelement fertilizer, microbial inoculant, etc.Soil physical and chemical properties,yield and quality were studied by meansof physiological and biochemical determination and high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that after high-temperature disinfection, the treatment of 5.29kg urea + ⋅15.88kg compound microelement fertilizer +5.29kg microbial inoculant + 201.16 kg organic fertilizer per 667m2 exhibited the optimal effects,significantly increased the yield of pakchoi to 1 201.66 kg,representing a 34.06% increase, compared with the control group. Meanwhile, thistreatment effctivelyimproved soil fertilityby increasing soil total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium contents,and reduced the EC value to 325μS/cm ,a decrease of 83.71% relative to the control. The vitamin E content reached 1.15 mg/10O g FW, 6% higher than that of the control.

青菜,学名不结球白菜(Brassicacampestris ssp.chinensisMakino),十字花科芸薹属一年生或两年生蔬菜,是叶菜类中“面广量大"的蔬菜之一[1-3。(剩余5931字)
