Research Progress of Spectroscopy Technology in Non-destructive Detection of Fruits

Abstract:With theaccelerationofthe large-scaleand modernization process of the fruit industry,the demand forrapidand accurate detection of fruit quality has become increasinglyurgent.Traditional detection methods aredificult to meetthe needs of industrial upgrading due to their defects such as sample destruction and long detection cycles.As a key technical approach to solving the problems of fruit quality detection,spectral nondestructive testing technology has demonstrated ireplaceable application value in the detection of internal and external fruit quality,thanks to its core advantages of rapidity,non-destructiveness,accuracyand environmental friendliness.This paper focused on three core spectral non-destructive testing technologies, namely near-infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging,systematically elaborated on their technical principles,research progressin fruitqualitydetection.Italso conductedan in-depthanalysis of the current challenges faced by spectral non-destructive testing technology,and finally looked forward to the future development trends of fruit and vegetable non-destructive testing,aiming to provide a reference for the in-depth promotionand innovative application of spectral non-destructive testing technologyin the fruit industry.
