Research on Management Optimization of Fixed-Asset Investment Projects Based on PMBOK

Abstract：Fixed-asset investment projects are characterized by high capital outlays，long construction cycles and elevated risk exposure，and their success hinges on ascientific and systematic management framework.Guided by the Project Management Body of Knowledge （PMBOK），a flexible DC-supporting capacitor project is examined to identify limitations of the standard PMBOK in coping with uncertaintyand external dependencyinherent in high-technology transfer initiatives.Gaps are identified in stakeholder governance，risk recognition and planning adaptability.Six enhancement strategies are therefore proposed.The proposed optimization route ofers theoretical supportand practical reference for improving the success rate of similar complex projects.
