Analysis of Influencing Factors for Digital-Intelligent Transformation in Construction Enterprises

Abstract：Inorder to solve the problems of low productivity，waste of resources and sloppy management in the constructionindustry，andtoaceleratethedigital-intelligenttransformationofconstructionenterprises，15factors ffectingthe digital transformation of construction enterprises is extracted from five dimensions，namely，technology，organisation，management，talent and policy，basedonliterature analysis and field research.Byconstructing the AHPFCE model，the hierarchical structure and the degree of importanceof each influencing factor is derived.Amongthe 15 influencing factors，the levelof numerical intelligence technologyapplication，numerical Intelligencemanagement process，and technological innovation abilityhavehigher weightsand greaterimpacts，and twoof the influencing factors belong tothetechnological dimension，which indicates thattechnologyis thekeytoinfluencing thetransformation of digital-intelligent in construction enterprises.
