Dynamic Simulation of Megaprojects Governance and Performance Based on Agent

Abstract：Inorder to explore the dynamic change rules and characteristicsof megaprojects governanceand governance performance，in addition tothe traditional research on contract governance and relationship govermance，government governance is newly introduced.Based on multi-agent modeling and simulation method，the governance mechanism of megaprojects is simulated and analyzed byusing Netlogo simulation platform.The dynamic emergence of project governance mechanisms on theperformance of megaprojects isanalyzed from different dimensions of multiple governance mechanisms.Contract governance，relationship governance and government governance are show to efectively promote the improvement of project performance and serve as a benchmark for improving the governance capacity of megaprojects of all participants.
