辽宁省智慧养老现状及对策分析

【摘  要】随着辽宁省老龄化问题的加剧及老年人口的增加，需要将各种现代化手段作为辅助，提供智慧养老服务。辽宁省智慧养老已初具规模，但是仍有上升空间，同时存在一定的问题。论文针对辽宁省智慧养的现状和问题进行分析，提出了可行的对策建议。

【Abstract】With the aggravation of the aging problem and the increase of the elderly population in Liaoning Province， it is necessary to take various modern means as auxiliary to provide smart elderly care services. Liaoning Province's smart elderly care has initially formed a scale， but there is still room to rise， and at the same time， there are certain existing problems. The paper analyzes the current situation and problems of smart elderly care in Liaoning Province and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.

1 智慧养老的含义

智慧养老是面向居家老人、社区及养老机构，借助物联网、计算机网络、智能设备等先进技术，实现家庭养老、机构养老与社区养老等一系列传统养老方式的有机融合，为老年人提供不间断、全方位、便利高效的养老服务，从而老年人的物质与精神需求，是对养老服务的升级。（剩余3000字）
