网络治理

——公共管理的新框架

【摘  要】网络治理是新兴前沿课题之一，治理理论、结构与机制等在网络治理中都非常重要。与自愿或者强制治理相比，网络治理是一种更加复杂的治理结构，其聚焦于信任与协调机制，致力于在信息共享、价值协同等方面培养各组成部分之间的信任度，进而实现多方共赢。

【Abstract】Network governance is one of the emerging frontier topics. Governance theory， structure and mechanism are very important in network governance. Compared with voluntary or compulsory governance， network governance is a more complex governance structure. It focuses on trust and coordination mechanism and strives to cultivate trust among components in information sharing， value coordination and other aspects， so as to achieve a multi-party win-win situation.
