交通施工企业基础设施PPP项目风险管理研究

【摘  要】当前，新的融资方式即PPP模式的出现提高了民间资本在基础设施项目中的比率，在减轻政府压力的同时能够提高项目收益。论文就交通施工企业基础设施PPP项目风险管理措施进行探讨，希望能够实现公私双方共赢。

【Abstract】At present， the emergence of PPP mode as a new financing method improves the ratio of private capital in infrastructure projects， which can improve the revenue of projects while reducing government pressure. This paper discusses the risk management measures of infrastructure PPP projects of traffic construction enterprises， hoping to achieve a win-win situation for both public and private parties.

1 引言

在交通施工企业基础设施PPP项目风险管理的过程中，应当了解项目可能存在的风险并将其与关系主体进行对接，只有这样才能够了解不同的关系主体承担的风险责任，从不同的角度出发有效地做好预防控制风险措施，确保基础设施项目的顺利推进。（剩余2911字）
