中小型服装企业现场管理改善研究

【摘  要】受资金和规模的限制，我国中小型服装企业推行精益生产的比例较低。论文针对目前中小型服装企业现场管理存在的问题进行探究，并从目视管理和6S管理以及管理制度的完善三方面提出了现场管理改善的方案，以达到提升企业竞争力的目的。

【Abstract】Limited by capital and scale， the proportion of lean production in small and medium-sized garment enterprises in China is relatively low. This paper explores the problems existing in the site management of small and medium-sized garment enterprises， and puts forward a scheme for improving the site management from three aspects， including visual management， 6S management and the improvement of management system， so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
