浅谈房地产企业管理会计体系的构建

【摘  要】管理会计既有利于帮助房地产企业顺利运转，同时又能够推动企业实现健康稳定的可持续发展。由于管理会计可以为企业的正常运营提供有用的管理信息，同时融入企业日常经营中，房地产企业需要对管理会计工作的正常开展给予高度重视。因此，论文深入探析了房地产企业管理会计体系的构建。

【Abstract】Management accounting can not only help the smooth operation of real estate enterprises， but also promote the healthy and stable sustainable development of enterprises. As management accounting can provide useful management information for the normal operation of enterprises and integrate into the daily operation of enterprises， real estate enterprises need to attach great importance to the normal development of management accounting work. Therefore， this paper deeply analyzes the construction of the real estate enterprise management accounting system.

1 房地产企业构建管理会计体系的重要作用

1.1 建立完善的财务管理体系

通过将房地产企业和以往制造业进行比较可以得知，经营方法具备投资金额大、开发周期长及产品流动性弱等特点，所以管理会计经常运用在投资测算、风险管控、战略规划、成本控制及绩效评价等方面，就房地产企业而言具有重大的现实意义。（剩余2837字）
