疫情冲击下宁波外贸的问题与应对策略

【摘  要】为充分了解此次新冠疫情对宁波外贸企业生存与发展的影响，准确把握对外贸易的新形势，浙江师范大学成立“防疫克难，外贸在行动”专项工作组，对宁波外贸企业的生产经营情况开展了“云调研”。论文旨在为政府决策提供重要参考，为外贸企业发展提供策略建议。

【Abstract】In order to fully understand the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic situation on the survival and development of foreign trade enterprises in Ningbo and to accurately grasp the new situation of foreign trade， Zhejiang Normal University set up a special working group named "Preventing Epidemic and Overcoming Difficulties， Foreign Trade in Action" and carried out "cloud research" on the situation of production and operation of foreign trade enterprises in Ningbo. The paper aims to provide important reference for government's decision making and provide strategies and suggestions for the development of foreign trade enterprises.

1 宁波外贸受疫情影响的总体情况

重大的公共卫生事件必然会对社会生产生活带来影响，庚子年初的这场新冠疫情对我国经济造成巨大的负面冲击，对于经济外向度达到75%以上的宁波市而言，影响程度尤为严重。（剩余3022字）
