论企业财务管理中存在的问题及解决对策

【摘  要】当前，在市场经济条件下，面对日趋激烈的竞争环境，企业要发展壮大，就需要补齐各种管理短板。通过分析发现，企业投融资能力不足、风险识别能力不强、内部管理不到位、财务管理人员素质不高等问题越来越突出。为此，企业要认真思考对策，采取有效措施，为企业发展壮大提供保障。

【Abstract】At present， under the condition of market economy， facing the increasingly fierce competition environment， if an enterprise wants to develop and grow， it needs to make up for various management shortcomings. Through the analysis， it is found that the problems such as insufficient investment and financing ability， weak risk identification ability， inadequate internal management and low quality of financial management personnel are more and more prominent in the enterprise. Therefore， enterprise should seriously consider countermeasures and take effective measures to provide guarantee for the development and growth of enterprise.

1 我国企业财务管理的现状

目前，我国各类企业数量庞大、类别繁多、规模不一，企业水平层次差距较大，财务管理受决策层的重视程度、信息化程度、人员管理水平的影响较大，整体可以划分为四大类：一是财务管理软件中运用云计算、大数据系统等高科技，并拥有完整的、系统性的财务系统。（剩余2923字）
