AbstractInodertoclarfyteinfluenceofte“modificationprocess"basedonShandongtobacoleafontearomacomponentsandensoy qualityofcigareesok,theoasubstancsinigareteskeweredetetedbyimuanesdistltioetractionndtrethds. PrincipalcomponentanalysisandclusteranalysiserepeforedonthearomacompoentsbySPS7.O,andtheoptimalmodifcation processwasselectedcombinedwithsnsoryualityevaluatio.Teresultsshowedthat:atotalof31manfavorcomponetseredetectedn thecigaretesokesaplestreatedby8dierentprocesss,cdingdehdes,lohols,6etoes,8sters,30ls, fins,10acids,nd34eteroclicompounds.ereeredfrecesintetypandontetsofuegasrocompoetsi8sples. Accordingtotepricialomponentanalysis,teroaqualityinsampleA3istbestndthearomacompositionofigareesoecan besignificantlimproedunderteomindactioofapropateblendgagntandakingproc;usteralyssassistetwithte resultofpricialompoeaalysisesfsoryualitytompehsiesoefistestichiosistetihe resultsoftheatiooelndeoyaatioisioremetihoevatodelFalldic tion technology was determined to be 120‰ (I zone), 115‰ (Ⅱ zone), 110qC ( Il zone) in three drying zones,and the dosage of blending agent was 4.5% ,which was conducive to improving the aroma quality of Shandong cigarettes.
