亮叶木莲插穗木质化程度及扦插基质对其扦插成活的作用效应

Different substrates exerted significant impacts on the rooting indicators of Manglietia lucida cuttings. The substrate composed of coco coir: perlite ∵ peat )achieved the best cutting performance,with a rooting rate of ( 83.33± 3.33)% and a rooting index of 72.65±7.96 . [Conclusion] Therefore,semi-lignified cuttings and the substrate of coco coir : perlite ∵ peat (2: (204 1:1 ) are recommended for the cutting propagation of Manglietia lucida seedlings.
