Abstract[Objective]Establishingaapidmoleculardetectionmethodtopredict theocurrenceofdownymildewearlyMethodUsing DNAextractedfromtheifectedleavesastemplate,andLAMPprimersweredsigedacordingtotheISsequenceofdowymildewfungi. ThepathogenicfungitobeexaminedasdetectedbyolorimetricandfuorescenceofLAMP.Resulteminumdetectionliitofcolormetric LAMP was 36.5fg/μL ,and fluorescence LAMP was 36.5pg/μL ,the sensitivity was 1 000 times that fluorescence LAMP. The two methodswereconsistentwiththemorphologicalcharacteristicsoftefungus,ndthegrapeshadinfecteddowymildew.ConclusionAapid molecular detection system for grape was established which can be used for the early diagnosis of diseases.

葡萄霜霉病是世界范围內葡萄生产中最具挑战性的叶部病害之一[],该病不仅阻碍了葡萄的生长发育,还影响了葡萄的质量与产量,一般年份可减产 10%~20% ,严重的可达70%~80% ,目前该病的最主要防治手段仍是喷施化学农药,但随着施药量的增加,出现了果实品质下降、环境污染、病菌抗性产生等一系列问题。(剩余5099字)
