AbstractToestablishaneficientgenetictransfoationsystemforhiryotsofRabdosiaubescens,thisstudyusedleaveandteeg mentsofRabdosiarubescensasexplants,hichwereinfectedwitAgrobactermzogenestrainsA4andG.Takingtheinductioatef hairyrootsstide,tsoftoschctealoeatioetoianttAobce genesstrainadgeeratiooceatotductitseatallesigatdulssodt est induction rate of 38.67% was achieved when stem segments of Rabdosia rubescens were infected with strain A4 for 2O minutes at a bacterial concentration of OD=0.6 , followed by co-cultivation on a shaker at 60-70r/min for two days. The optimal concentration of cefotaxime sodium for explant regeneration was 500mg/L .PCR amplification detection confirmed that the T-DNA fragment of the Ri plasmid from AgrobacteriumrhzogeneshadeenintegratedtoteplantgenoeThissudysuessullystablisedheetictransfoatiosysteofabdosia rubescens,laying a solid foundation for the breeding of new Rabdosia rubescens varieties.
