Analysis of Zhang Xiaosu's Medication Patterns in Treating Diminished Ovarian Reserve Based on Data Mining

Abstract：ObjectiveToanalyzetheclinicalprescriptionsofProfesorZhangXiaosuforthetreatmentofDiminishedOvariaReserve（DOR）throughdata mining methodsandsummarize the medicationrules inhis treatmentof DOR.Methods Efective prescriptionsforthetreatmentofDORprescribedbyProfesorZhangXiaosufromSeptember1，2O23，toOctober31，2024，werecoected. Thedistributionof symptoms，syndrometypes，prescriptiondrugfrequencies，corecombinations，anddrugasociationruleswereanalyzedbasedontheTraditionalChinese MedicineInherianceCalculating Platform（V3.5）software.ResultsAtotalof123prescriptions werecollcted，nvolving86hrbs.Herbfornourishingblood，promotingbloodcirculationtoremvebldstasis，ndcearing heat were mostfrequentlyused，withhigh-frequencyherbsincluding Angelicasinensis，Dodderseed，RedPeonyRot，Spatholobus suberectus，andCurcumaaromatica.Theherbsweremostlywarm，cold，orneutralinnature；thepredominantflavorsweresweetand biter;andtemainmeridansinvolvedweretheLiver，KidneyndSplenmeridians.Analysisofdrugfrequenciesandasoiation rulesshowedthattheprescriptions weremainlyderivedfromthemodifiedSiuuTang（FourIngredientsDecoction）；andbyK-means clustering weobtained threenewclusters.ConclusionProfessor Zhang Xiaosubelieves thatYindeficiencyandbloodconsumptionare thebasiccharacteristicsofDOR.ThetreatmentoftisconditionfocusesonregulatingteLiverandKidney，nourishingJing（esetial substances）andblodsimultaneously，supplementedbytheuseofspleen-invigorating，heat-clearing，andblodactivatingherb. ThegoalistoourishJingandblood，promoteendometrialgowthandfoliculardevelopment，andultimatelyimprovetheclinical symptoms ofDOR patients and increase pregnancy rates，providing a reference for clinical treatment of DOR.

卵巢储备功能减退（diminishedovarianre-serve，DOR）是指由于卵巢中剩余的卵母细胞数量减少及（或）质量下降等问题，引起性激素水平紊乱的妇科疾病，以卵巢功能不足、生育能力低下、伴有抗缪勒管激素水平下降为主要表现[1]，在 40 岁以上女性中发病率超过 50%[2] 。（剩余6992字）
