Abstract：Renalodema isoneof themostcommonclinicalmanifestationsof nephropathy，whichiscalledoedemaintraditional Chinese medicine，anditspathogenesisiscloselyrelatedtothedysfunctionoflung，splenandkidneyBasedonthetheoryof“when theupperandlowerpartsareintertwinedanddamaged，itisnecessytotreatthm”，thisarticledigsintotheetiology，pathogesis andtreatmentofrenaloedema，andemphasisestheimportantroleofthespleenandstomach，thefoundationoftheacquiredbody，in thedevelopmentoftisdisease.Tereoremalfunctionoftransportationanddigestionithemidlejowilleadtoenalodea whichcanbetreatedbystrengtheningthesplenandwarmingthekidneys，benefingtheqiandpromotingthelungs，andactivating bloodcirculationandremovingbloodstasis，combinedwiththeclinicalaplication，inodertoreflecttheuiqueadvantagesof taditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of renal oedema.
