Abstract：Non-aloholicfattliverpresentssgnificantclinicalchaengescharacterizdbyisingincidence，notableyouthorentedtrends，ndalackoflong-tertherapeuticstrategies.TraditionalChinesemedicinehasuniqueadvantagesinthetreatmenof thisdisease.ThispaperintroducesProfessorLiangRuimin’sclinicalexperienceintreatingNAFLD.Basedonthetheoryof“Facilita tingHepaticSagatio”，eidenifaorepatholoicalaisof“liverstagationndisagtion-lverdepreionndsleeac ity-insuffciencyofliverblood”.Heimplementsacompoundtherapeuticstrategycombiningcoursingtheliverandresolvingdepression，forifyingthespleenandcultivatingteliver，nourishingthebloodandeollatingteliver.Byusingtecombinationofiao Chaihu TangandXiaoYao Sanasthemain prescription，and modifyingtheformulabyaddingorsubtracting herbsacordingtothe clinical symptoms.The clinical effect is remarkable，with an appended clinical case report.
