Pharmacognostic Identification of the Uyghur Medicinal RedRaisinand Quantitative Determination of Its Oleanolic Acid

Abstract：ObjectiveTostudyestablishmethodsforthePharmacognosticEvaluationof theUyghurMedicinalMaterialRedRaisinandDeterminationofItsOleanolicAcidContent.MethodTheoriginalplantsofRedRaisinsweresurveyedandtheoriginalplant specimenswerecollctedthro-ughfieldinvestigation.ThepharmacognosyofRedRaisinswasstudiedbymorphologiccaracteristics， characteridentification，microscopicidentificationsandTCidentfication.AHPLCUVmethodforleanolicacidinRedRaisins was established by using Agilent 1260 liquid chromatography， Agilent ZORBAX SB - C18 column （ 250mm×4 .6 mm， 5μm ）， methanol-water （89：11）as mobile phase；the column temperature was 25°C ；And the detection wavelength of UV detector was 220nm ， injection volume 10μL ；the flow rate of 1 . O mL/min. Result The medicinal material of Red Raisins has a clear origin， distinctharacteristics，ndwell-definedmicroscopieatures，withclealyvisiblespotsontinlayerchromatographyThestandard curve of oleanolic acid was Y =2.1454X+6.5728 ， R2=0.9999 . The linear relationship of oleanolic acid was good in the range of 35.35 -707 μg/mL .Theaverage recoverywas 101.41% ，RSD was 1.04% .Conclusion The pharmacognostic identification can provide a theoretical basis forquality controlandmedical material supplyof RedRaisins for pharmaceutical factory.
