Clinical Observation of 36 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated with Floating Needles Combined with Reinfusion Therapy

Abstract：ObjectiveThisstudyaimedtoevaluatetheclinicaleficacyofloatingneedletherapycombinedwithrepefusionactivities in treating lumbar disc herniation，as well as its effcts on serum levels of interleukin -1β （IL-1β），interleukin andtumornecrosis factor -α （ TNF-α， ）.Methods A total of 72 patients diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation were randomly assigned toeitheracontrolgrouporanoservationgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalacupuncturetreatment，whiletheobsevation groupunderwentfloating needetherapycombinedwithreperfusionactivities.Bothgroupswereassesedbeforeandaftertreatmentusingthe Basic ActivitiesofDailyLiving（BADL）score，Visual Analog Scale（VAS）score，andJapaneseOrthopaedicAssociation （JOA）score. Additionally，serum levels of IL-1β ，IL -6，and TNF - α were measured. Results Following treatment， both groups exhibited improvements in BADL and JOA scores，along with decreases in VAS scores. Serum levels of IL-Iβ ， 1L-6 ，and TNF-α werealsoreduced inothgroupsNotably，theobservationgroupdemostratedsignificantlyeteroutcomesacrossallmeasuresompared to the control group （ P<0.05 ）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4% ，higher than that of the control group 77.8% ，（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion The findings suggest thatfloating neede therapy combined with reperfusion activities is an effectiveappoachforallviatingclinicalsymptomsoflumbardischerniationandreducingserumlevelsof inflammatorymarkers IL-1β IL -6，and TNF-α ：
