Abstract:ObjectiveImprovingthequalitystandardof HurichaLiuei Pilltoprovideareferencebasis forthecontrolof drug quality.Methods Microscopicidentificationmethodwasused toidentifyCarthamiFlos,RhododendrimolisFs,ChebulaeFructus, NardostachyosRadixetRhizomainHurichaLiueiPillThin-layerchromatography(TC)wasusedforthequalitativeidentification of ChebulaeFructus,AucklandiaeRadix,NardostachosRadixetRzomainHurichaLuei PillThecontentofhydroxsafloryllow AinCarthamiFloswasdeterminedbyHighPerformanceLiquidChromatography(HPLC)ResultThe highspecficityof MicroscopicidentificationmethodandTCwereestablishd.HydroxysafloryellowAsowedgoodlinearrelatioshpswitintherageof24.20 ,whose average recovery was 102.95% ,with the RSD of 1.25% ( n=9 ).Conclusion The method is scientific,reasonableand accurate,and can beused forthe qualitycontrol of the Huricha Liuwei Pill.
