Abstract：Currently，thereisalackofspecific treatment methodsfordilatedcardiomyopathycombined withheartfailure.TraditionalChinesemedicine（TCM）hasadvantagessuchas“treatingtherotcause”，“balancing thesymptoms”．Thearticlkbrieflyanalyzesthetheoryof“VitalQisOverallRegulation”andsummarizesTheTCpathogenesisofdilatedcardiomyopathyomplicatedwith heartfailureAsociateProfesorGuobelievesthatthebasicpathogenesisofthisdiseaseistedeficiencyofthe“atmosphere”，which leads to blood stasisandaccumulationof phlegm.Treatment mainlyfocuses onregulatingthe“atmosphere”，whilealsopromoting bloodcirculation，removing bloodstasis，resolving phlegm，andpromoting duresis，inordertoprovidenewideasforthediagnosis and treatment of this disease in TCM.
