Abstract：Inthel6thcentury，thedoctor Shen Zhiwen wroteabouttheJiewei Yuansou，This isaprecious medical work writen byhimtoivestigatethecharacteristicsofleprosyatthatime，thediagnosisandtreatmentmethodsof traditionalChinesemedicine， andmanyprescriptions.However，duetothelevelofmedicaltechnologyatthattime，theauthorwasunabletoaccuratelydiagnose leprosy，Healsocollectedcertaindiseases withsymptomssimilartoleprosy，suchasheumaticimmunediseases（Anaphlactoidpurpura，Psoriasisandotherdiseases，etc.），Wu’sfamilyrecipe：Wushi JiliKushenPilisrecordedinthisbok.Dr.WuZhengshiinheritedth familytechnology，andsystematicallstudied modern Western medicine，Chinesemedicine，heisChina’snationalfmous oldtraditionalChinesemedicinehritageinstructors，Herecognizedthebokspositiveimpactonthetreatmentofrheumaticimmune diseases.Thispapersummarizethebok’suniquesholarshiponthetreatmentofheumaticdiseases，Expectingmoreatentionto this book book in the future.

明朝时期，麻风病及麻风类似症状疾病（包括一些皮肤病、免疫疾病等）在我国发病逐步增多，以沈怡梅为首的沈氏家族有感于患者疾苦深重，于是他们对该类疾病的病因病机进行了研究，在三代人的努力下搜集了许多诊治经验和方药，并将其记录下来，最后由家族第三代传人沈之问于嘉靖二十九年得以成书《解围元薮》1]，这是我国第一部麻风病专著，但同时也为后世类似麻风症状的风湿免疫性疾病提供了诊疗参考，活跃在江苏昆山车塘的“吴氏风科”就将江南温病诊治经验和沈之问提及的麻风、风病、彷病学术思想融会贯通，流传至第十九代传人吴正石老先生已经可灵活用于诊治很多风湿免疫科疑难杂症了。（剩余6672字）
