Brand building strategy for Wulian cherry based on SWOT analysis

Abstract: Regional agricultural product branding can effectively promote the synergistic development of local specialty industries, As a regional public brand in Shandong Province, Wulian cherry has evolved into a distinctive model of mountain ecological agriculture with unique local characteristics, becoming one of the key industries accelerating rural revitalization. To expedite the development of the Wulian cherry regional brand, this study employed SWOT analysis to examine its branding progress. Based on the current status of the Wulian cherry industry, the analysis identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, andchallengesin brand building.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed, including promoting standardized production, developing greenhouse cherry cultivation, strengthening technological support, extending industrial chains, and enhancing brand construction.
