气相色谱法在药食同源食品安全检测中的应用

摘 要：在药食同源食品检测方面，我国还处于起步阶段，在发展程度上与发达国家存在较大差距。其中，检测技术不完善、人员专业水平有待提高以及缺乏先进设备是造成该现象的主要原因。本文对药食同源食品在安全检测中存在的问题进行分析，并对气相色谱法在药食同源食品安全检测中的应用进行介绍，以供参考。

Application of Gas Chromatography in the Safety Detection of Food and Medicine Homologous Foods

Abstract： In terms of the detection of drug and food homologous foods， China is still in its infancy， and there is a large gap between China and developed countries in the degree of development. The main reason for this phenomenon is the lack of advanced technology and testing personnel， which needs to be improved. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety detection of drug and food homologous foods， and introduces the application of gas chromatography in the safety detection of drug and food homologous foods for reference.
