食品添加剂对食品安全的影响及策略研究

摘 要:食品添加剂是指为改善食品品质和色、香、味以及因防腐和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的化学合成或天然物质。食品添加剂已被广泛应用于食品行业,相关部门也对其在食品生产中的使用制定了严格的标准。但在实际生活中,还需从食品安全角度进一步对食品添加剂的影响和管理进行分析。

Abstract: Food additives refer to chemical synthetic or natural substances added to food to improve food quality and color, aroma and taste, as well as to meet the needs of anti-corrosion and processing technology. Food additives have been widely used in the food industry, and relevant departments have also formulated strict standards for their use in food production. However, in real life, it is necessary to further analyze the impact and management of food additives from the perspective of food safety.
