三管齐下加强食品添加剂使用管理

摘 要:食品添加剂超范围、超限量使用是我国抽检食品不合格的重要原因,食用此类不合格食品有一定的健康风险。针对食品添加剂管理过程中存在的一些问题,在实际工作中可通过多种方式来加强食品添加剂使用的管理,进而做好食品生产过程中食品添加剂的管理工作。

Abstract: The use of food additives exceeding the range and limit is an important reason for the unqualified food sampling in my country. Eating such unqualified food has certain health risks. Aiming at some problems existing in the process of food additive management, in practical work, various methods can be used to strengthen the management of the use of food additives, and to do a good job in the management of food additives in the process of food production.
