摘 要：本文对食品检验检测的重要性进行阐述，分析了目前食品检验检测存在的主要问题，并根据问题提出创新与完善食品检验检测体系建设、强化市场食品安全检验机制建设、提升食品检验检测机构执行效能和开展职业化食品安全检验队伍建设，为全面助力食品安全检测工作开展提供参考。
