柔性连接组件滚压成型技术研究

【摘 要】论文针对旋转径向滚压加工,构建数学模型,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行模拟,通过对材料的状态、流动、材质进行对比,对滚压过程进行仿真分析,对模拟中的一些关键问题进行了分析处理,在计算中取得了较好的模拟结果,模拟结果与试验吻合较好,可以对未来的滚压过程提供一定的理论依据。
【Abstract】For rotary radial rolling processing, the paper builds the mathematical model, uses finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate. By comparing the state, flow and material of the material, the rolling process is simulated and analyzed, and some key problems in the simulation are analyzed and treated. Better simulation results are obtained in the calculation, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the test, which can provide a certain theoretical basis for the future rolling process.
