国有企业构建和完善“大监督”体系探讨

【摘  要】在全面从严治党的时代背景下，不断健全监督体系，加强对权力运行的监督和制约势在必行。论文阐述了构建和完善“大监督”体系的意义，并分析当前国有企业“大监督”体系中存在的若干问题，提出相应解决思路和具体措施，以期探索助力不断提升监督成效。

【Abstract】Under the background of comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline， it is imperative to further improve the supervision system and strengthen the supervision and restriction on the exercise of power. This paper expounds the significance of building and perfecting the "big supervision" system， and analyzes some problems existing in the current "big supervision" system of state-owned enterprises， and puts forward corresponding solutions and specific measures， so as to explore and help improve the effectiveness of supervision.
