战略驱动5S管理体系在制造企业中的应用分析

【摘  要】战略驱动5S管理体系主要将战略规划作为标准，通过年度计算的方式，制定科学有效的管理报告。论文以制造企业作为研究案例，对5S管理体系的应用展开分析，从中发现问题，并提出战略驱动5S管理体系在制造企业中应用的对策，以期有效提升制造企业的生产质量及生产效率。

【Abstract】The strategy-driven 5S management system mainly takes the strategic planning as the standard and formulates scientific and effective management reports through annual calculation. Taking manufacturing enterprises as research cases， this paper analyzes the application of 5S management system， finds out problems， and puts forward the countermeasures of applying strategy-driven 5S management system in manufacturing enterprises， so as to effectively improve the production quality and production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.
