基于知识图谱研究教练型领导的演变

【摘  要】基于管理学和心理学领域，论文将教练型领导（Coaching Leadership）作为主题，搜索Web of Science数据库中核心期刊的英文文献，运用CiteSpace可视化工具，绘制教练型领导研究的关键词共现知识图谱，分析该领域的研究框架、发展过程、研究热点及趋势。

【Abstract】Based on the fields of management and psychology， this paper takes coaching leadership as the theme， searches the English literature of core journals in the Web of Science database， draws the keyword co-occurrence knowledge graph of coaching leadership research by using the CiteSpace visualization tool， and analyzes the research framework， development process， research hotspots and trends of this field.
