基于企业生命周期理论的中小企业培训探讨与研究

【摘  要】中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，但对于中小企业的培训缺乏系统的研究。论文根据企业生命周期、管理模式及培训体系的相关研究，针对处于不同生命周期的中小企业提出培训优化建议，结合具体实例对中小企业培训情况进行了介绍，以供参考。

【Abstract】Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy， but there is a lack of systematic research on the training of small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the relevant research on enterprise life cycle， management mode and training system， this paper puts forward training optimization suggestions for small and medium-sized enterprises in different life cycles， and introduces the training situation of small and medium-sized enterprises with specific example， for reference.
