Abstract：Againsthedualbackgroundofcomprehensivelyadvancinglaw-based governanceandpursuingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofhighereducation，thispaperelaboratesonthevitalsignfcanceofintegratigXiJinpingThoughtontheRuleofLawntothe trainingsysteforposadatesudentsspcialinginlaw.Itaalysteprevalentproblesintelivationofegalalentsisti tionsofhigherducation，includingtheackofsematicucdsigntebackwardessinpracticalabilitytaiingndesing larityofevaluationmchanism.Furthermore，iputsforwardtargetedsolutionsfromtheperspectivesoffacultyonstructionnisity enterprisecolboatiocadeiciovatistiprovntndlogicalosructiochisexpctedtroidel guidanceandpracticalreferecefotevelopmentoflegaleducationwitCnesecaracterisiandteutivatiofhigheelgal professionals that are in line with the national strategic needs.

当前，在全球治理体系变革与人工智能技术迭代的双重冲击下，我国法学研究生教育正经历三大转型挑战：价值塑造从单一意识形态教育向“政治认同一法治信仰一国际视野”复合维度升级；专业培养从传统部门法教学向“数字法治一涉外法治一社会治理”交叉领域拓展;技术应用从辅助教学工具向“区块链存证一算法治理一元宇宙仿真”教学场景渗透（教育部《新文科建设宣言》2020；最高人民法院《智慧法院发展报告》2024）。（剩余9516字）
