Abstract：Teconceptofthe“Chinesenation”isaresultofthenaturalaggregationofallethnicgroupslivingonthelandofChinaintheprocessofpromotingtheformationofaunifiedmulti-ethniccountry.Theviewof“Hua-Yi”integration，partof the thoughtsofte“geatunification”，asimprtantprgressivesignificanceinpromotingthfoationoftepluraisticintegationpat ternoftheChinesenation.Theviewof“Hua-Yi”integrationintheTang Dynastywasidentifiedandacceptedbytheethnicgroups， whostrengthenedtheirbondswiththeTangpeopleintermsofpolitics，economics，society，cutureandotheraspects，fosteredapro foundsenseofidentificationforeingpartofteChinesenationandconsolidatedtheohesionoftheChinesenation.Suchiteactions effectivelyenancedtepolicalcohesion，onomicahesionandulturalatraction，hichisonductietothbuldingofteCinese nation community.
