区域化党建引领社区治理共同体建设的逻辑机理与推进路径研究

Abstract：Inecentyears，allregionshvepositivelyespondedtothenationalcall，imlystablishedtheconceptof“socialgovernancecommunity”，focusedontheprominentcontradictionsandproblemsingrasrotssocialgoverance，andstrivedtobuildasocial govermancecommunitychievingcertainresultsHowever，prblemssuchasthenedtoimprovecommunityresidents’participation， lackofpublicvalue，thibalaneofbligationsring，ndealdistribofintereststillexist，inderingthprogsofty buildingleadingtheconstructionof tesocialgoveanecomunity.TispaperexpoundstelgicalmechanismofregioalPartybuildingleadingthecommunityconstructionofthcommunitygoverance，analyzestheexistingproblemsinit，andproposespromotionpaths forregionalPartybuilding toleadthecommunityconstructionofcommunitygoveancefromaspectslikeealizingtheautonomyof the communitygoverancetoimprovetheresidents’participation；strengtheningthearty’svalue-leadingroletoconsolidatepublicalues; and enhancing the Party’s constraints on governance subjects to improve governance effciency.
