Abstract：XiJinping’sexpostionsonestablishingandpracticingthecorectviewofachievementsarecloselyrelatedtocoprehensiveandrigorousPartyself-goverance,theimprovementofthePartysgovernancecapacityandthehighqualityconomicandsocial development.OnthebasisofelaboratingthesignificanceofXiJiping'sexpositions，thispaperexploresthemaincontentfromtheeaspects:forwhomtoachieveperformance，atkindofperfomancetoachieve，andowtoachieveperformance.Finally，itputsfoward practicalequirementsforstablisngndpacticingteorectvewofcevementsfrotheperspctiesofstrengtheingthicala mamentandcaringoutsystematiclearing；improvingtheassessmentsystemandbuildalong-termmechanism；andmakinggooduse of the accountability tool to enhance the sense of mission.
