社会治理现代化视野下农村治理主体结构优化研究

Abstract：From the perspectiveofthe moderizationof social governance，optimizing the mainstructureofrural goveranceisof greatsignificanceforpromotingthemodezationofruralsocialgoveancepromotingteall-oundrevializtionofuralaa，ro tectingtherightsdinterestsofsandimprovngpeople’liveliodndealiingthesabilityndonfuralsoetyF cusingontheoptimizationofthemainstructureofruralgoveranceunderthevisionofsocialgoverancemoderzation，thispaperadopts acombinedapproachofliteratureanalsisandteoretcalanalysis toexploretheproblmsexistingiteuralgoveancesubjecstruc ture.Theseproblemsincludegrassrotsartyorganizationsbeingunabletoadapttothenewruralgoverancestructure，teexcivembalancebetwenateontroanduralutonomybsenceofruralgoveanesujects，eviatioofgoveancesujects’rolsipfect govemance structuresintensifingcontradictionsamongsubjects，andunbalanced goveancepowerseriouslyafectingthestabilityofor ganizationalstructures.Thepaperconcludesthatpromotingthestructuralintegrationof grasrootsPartyorganzationsintorural gove ance，strivingtolancetelatioshietweatecotrolnduralutonoy，learlyefingteleofteoveabts， furtherimprovingtesystemsrelatedtothegovernancesubjectstructure，andperfectingtheoperatingmechanismofthegoveacesubject structure can lay a solid foundation for the optimizing the main structure of rural governance.
