Abstract：TheYan’anSpiritandtheSpiritoftheEight-pointDecisionoftheCentralCommiteearecoselyrelated，jointlydemonstratingthefideterminationofteCommunistPartyofChinatopromotetheconstructionoforkstyle.Duringthethirtenearsin Yan'an，theCPCstrengthenditsself-constructionbybuildingapoliticallystrong theparty，goveringthepartyinaodancewith rules，andrejuvenatigthepartythroughstyle，whichlidahistorcalfoundationfortheemergenceoftespiritoftheEightPointProvisions.TheSpiritofteEight-ointDecisionadheestotecorrctpoliticaldreion，leadingthesocialrevolutionfnationalrejuve nationwiththeParty’sself-revolution；tadherestoemancipatingthemidandseekingtruthfromfcts，civatingapragmaticandre alistic workstylemong tecadreteam；itpracticestheprincipleofservingtepeoplewholeheartedly，furtherstrengtheningtheflesh and-bloodtiesbetweenthePartyandthepeople；itupholdsself-relianceandhardwork，andstrengthensthepoliticalawareessof cleangoveranceinthenewera，thusachievingtheinheritanceandinovationoftheYan’anSpirit.InheritingandpromotingheYan' anspirit，enancingpartyspiritwithchandtreedimensionalredulturalresouces，illhelppromotethei-depthandiplemen tation of the study and education of the Spirit of the Eight point Decision .
