The Effective Path to Realize Urban Community Owner Autonomy

Abstract:This papertakes autonomous managementof urban communities astheresearchobject，ndconstructs amicroresearch frameworkofindividuallearingandinteractionfromthesuplyorocupationproblemsfacedbythegovernanceofesidentialomos. Then,takingtheutonomousmanagementpracticesof hetwodjacentrsidentialcommuties,GandJ,inXCityasexampleshispaperexplorestheefecivepathforthesucesofownrautonomyentheintealcognitiveules（cosciousness）ofindividualshave certainexpectationsforcomunitytonomousmanagementTheresearchfoundtatthesuessulbehavioralruleofcommunityutoo myisakindofehaviorodefoedytheownersogeneratenwxpetatiosandstrategiestroughtrialandorandiioafterreceivingthenewprofitandlosssignalsreleasedbycommons，andthensolidifyandlockinbehavioralpatesthroughinteractive learningandbehaviordifusionamongowners，betweenownersandpropertymanagementcompanies，developers，andgoverentmanagementdepartments.Theestablishmentoftheowners’new knowledgestrategysetsandtheupgrading totheintersectionoftenew knowledgestrategysets troughlearingandinteractionamongownersplayasignificantroleintheproce.Topromotetheautooous managementofowners inurbancommunities,thedecision-makersnedtostartfromthekeylinkofunblockingtheevolutionpathofutonomousmanagementnddogoodjobiknowedgeoularzationclasifedgoveace，platfocostructionndjntsupeision.
