Research and Practice on Digital Twin Production Line Practical Training Teaching Based on NX MCD

Abstract：Topromote the appicationofDigitalTwintechnologyinpractical training teachingofvocationalcolleges and enhance theeducational efectivenessofpractical teachingthis paper takes the DigitalTwin production linepractical training coursefor the mechatronics major in Shaanxi Polytechnic University asanexample，andintroduces theresearchand practiceof Digital Twin practical training teaching basedonNX MCD.Based on theTH-60 productionline practical training andteaching equipment，theproject integratesNXCD，Pdvaned，andAPortalsoftware，andconstructsaDigitalTwinial debugging andsimulation platform.Basedonthis platform，practical training teachingresearch isconducted to explore new teaching methods.Theresultsshow thatconducting practical raining teaching through Digital Twin virtualcommissioning helpsto increasestudents'interest inlearingandcutivatetheirpracticalproblem-solving abilies，providingaeferenceforthe application research on virtual and real combined practical training teaching.
